Thumping heartbeat, trembling hands, dried up throat and the queasy feeling you've forgotten your notes. Public speaking is among our number one phobias. But it doesn't have to be like that.

I have given sales presentations all over the world — from Brazil to Borneo, in English and Portuguese. I know the thrill and gut-wrenching fear of standing in front of an audience. I also know that by becoming more confident, you become more credible.

At Flynn Marketing we provide one-to-one training at an hourly rate or run group courses (max. 5) both half and full day. The training covers : coping with nerves; dealing with questions; body language; using visual aids; knowing your audience; preparation and structure.
